By purchasing or accessing any resource from Feed Your Roots ("we," "us," "our"), operated under the laws of the State of Delaware, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't complete a purchase.
Feed Your Roots sells digital educational resources — illustrated guides, planning calendars, trackers, and related materials — about small-space food production for suburban and residential properties. All products are delivered digitally (PDF and, where noted, spreadsheet format) through our payment processor, Hotmart.
Our resources are educational and informational. They are not a substitute for professional agricultural, veterinary, structural, electrical, or legal advice. Results depend on your specific climate, soil, local regulations, and effort — we make no guarantee of any particular yield, outcome, or income.
When you purchase a resource, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, print, and use it for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish our resources, in whole or in part, without written permission. Files are watermarked with the purchaser's name and email as part of this license.
All payments are processed by Hotmart. Prices are listed in USD. Access is delivered instantly upon successful payment via the email associated with your purchase.
Refund requests are handled under Hotmart's purchase terms, shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details on how we recommend approaching a purchase, given that these are instantly-delivered digital files.
Backyard food production — including keeping chickens or bees, water collection, or structures like greenhouses — may be regulated by your city, county, HOA, or state. It is your responsibility to check and comply with local rules before acting on anything in our resources.
All text, illustrations, layouts, and branding in our resources and on feedyourroots.us are owned by Feed Your Roots and protected by copyright. Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of that content to you — only the license described in Section 4.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feed Your Roots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our resources, including but not limited to crop loss, animal loss, property damage, or personal injury resulting from activities undertaken based on our content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our resources after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
